We all been kids before. We know after school kids wants a snack. I use to take my daughter to Mc Donald’s, Wendy’s or pretty much any fast food spot. I had to stop. If I’m not going to eat that junk. Why should I feed that to my child? I’m not saying she will never have it. But we have to minimize the amount of garbage we give them. Lately for the last few months. Instead of going to fast food spots. I take my daughter to the supermarket. I know she loves fruits. I bring her right to the fruit section. I let her pick whatever she wants. Most of the time fruits come out cheaper. My daughter usually try and get another snack. I talk to her about what’s good and what’s not? I constantly educate her as best as possible. Because these things must be shown and taught at the same time. On top of that, I pick something healthy for myself. We know kids. They always want what their parents want. It starts with you. Plus you hold the money. You got the power. Don’t let society force you into fast food. Especially, for the kids. Hope this tips helps.
