An amazing friend and I tried this product today that I saw online, and I think it may be just what I need to get back on track with WW. You spray it in your mouth a couple of times and then 20-30 minutes later, anything sugary tastes bad. This was our after school taste testing we did - enjoy a good laugh at our expense, but I definitely plan to be using this when those sweet cravings come on!??
**update** both my friend and husband sprayed it on the center of their tongue up close, I sprayed at a distance and covered the whole tongue. According to the instructions (that I just read?) you need to cover the whole tongue because the tastebuds are all over, not just the center. That may be why she was picking up on some flavor more than I was. Just an FYI ?
