this is a switch from normal content but I really think sending a positive message to younger people or even people who experience similar things is extremely important and definitely beneficial for viewers as I know from personal experience. if you aren't familiar with psoriasis I suggest going and watching videos on it and I thought I would share some tips I've picked up throughout the years I've had it. hope you enjoyed it and had a long old sit down with me!
