Yea so idk what it was about this particular cover but I got really hung up on trying to perfect it (which ultimately didn't work haha) and so I kept practicing it over and over and tried a few different days to film. I'd film everytime I practiced too and I just couldn't feel satisfied with it. I don't even think my cover is bad, it's actually pretty accurate, but it's not the standard I wanted to meet for it. I think it has to do with the fact that I struggle with stiffness in my torso so it's hard for me to get really fluid movement. I'm much better at clean, sharp movements (especially with my hands) so I really liked the parts of the dance that had those movements, but then it would transition to a fluid movement and I'd never feel satisfied with it.

However, I think I grew a bit more as a dancer from this cover because it gave me a chance to become aware of my weaknesses and try to find ways to fix them. Hopefully this means I'll be able to show better covers in the future!
