[얼큰 소고기 순두부탕 레시피]
1. 숙주, 손질된 채소 찬물에 씻기
2. 키친타월로 다진 소고기 핏물 빼기
3. 쥬키니 호박 반달 모양으로 썰고 순두부 반 갈라 큼직하게 썰기
4. 달군 뚝배기에 다진 소고기, 다진 마늘, 건고추 볶기
5. 쥬키니 호박, 양념 넣고 볶기
6. 물(500ml) 붓고 순두부 넣어 한소끔 끓이기
7. 숙주, 대파 넣고 30초 더 끓이기

[Spicy beef sundubutang recipe]
1. Rinse the mung bean sprouts and chopped vegetables in cold water
2. Drain the blood from minced beef by using paper towels
3. Cut zucchini into half-moon-shaped pieces and soft tofu into large chunks
4. Cook the minced beef, minced garlic, and dried chili in a pre-heated hot pot
5. Add the zucchini and sauce to the hot pot and stir-fry
6. Add water (500ml) and the soft tofu to the hot pot and bring to a boil
7. Add the mung bean sprouts and spring onion to the hot pot and boil for another 30 seconds
