october 14th, 2019. that's the day sulli left us.

there was a time when i had a luna phone case, with a picture of victoria as my lockscreen. i religiously watched every commercial or drama krystal appeared in, and every variety show amber participated in. i remember pulling an all nighter just so that i could watch 'to the beautiful you' in one sitting, squealing over sulli.

f(x) used to be a big part of my life, and still is. the fact that sulli was driven to suicide (according to reports) by malicious comments... there is nothing i can say that can properly express my anger, disgust, and sadness. it takes a truly pathetic person to hide behind their computer screen and tear others down.

what do you gain? do you find pleasure in destroying someone's self esteem? do you like knowing that you're the reason that someone can't go to bed, too stuck in negativity because of something you posted? it truly makes no sense to me.

i recorded this cover because to this day, it's one of my favorite songs ever. they quality isn't great, but that's because if i had tried to re-record something, i probably would've started crying. but i wanted to post something for sulli. i wanted to do something, however small it may be.

sulli... i hope you can be happy now. rest in peace.
