걸스데이 유라가 ‘서울메이트3’에 출연을 결심한 이유를 밝혔다.

1일 오전 서울 강남구 임피리얼팰리스 호텔 셀레나홀에서 열린 tvN ‘서울메이트3’ 제작발표회에 배우 이규한, 걸스데이 유라, 오상진&김소영, 붐과 박상혁CP, 황다원PD 등이 참석했다.

이날 유라 는 “촬영하는 동안 너무 행복했다. 영어가 힘들었지만 행복한 시간이었다. 예쁘게 봐주셨으며한다”라며 출연 소감을 전했다.

이어 출연을 결심한 이유에 대해 “예전부터 외국인 친구가 사귈 기회가 없었다. 외국인 친구를 만들고 싶어서 출연하게 되었다. 2년 동안 영어를 배웠는데 막상 만나 보니 영어를 잘 잘 못했다. 하지만 외국인 친구와 이렇게 지내면 영어가 많이 늘겠다는 생각이 들었다. 외국문화도 많이 알게 되고 그 친구와 가까워진 시간이 되었다”라고 덧붙였다.

‘서울메이트3’는 대한민국 셀럽들이 호스트로 출연, 직접 외국인 여행객들을 메이트로 자신의 집에서 맞이하고 함께 머물며 즐기면서 추억을 쌓아나가는 ‘동거동락(同居洞樂)’ 프로그램.

한편, 셀럽과의 동거동락 여행패키지 tvN ‘서울메이트3’는 오늘(1일) 첫 방송을 시작으로 매주 월요일 저녁 8시 10분 방송된다.

Girls Day Yura explained why she decided to appear in 'Seoul Mate 3'.

Actors Kyu-han Lee, Girls Day Yura, Oh Sang-jin & Kim So-Young, Boom, Park Sang-hyuk CP and Hwang Dawon PD participated in the TVN 'Seoul Mate 3' production presentation held at the Imperial Palace Hotel Selena Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Yura said, "I was very happy during the filming. English was hard but it was a happy time. I did look at it beautifully" she said.

"I have never had a chance to make friends from abroad. I wanted to make foreign friends. I learned English for two years, but when I met him, I could not speak English very well. However, I felt that if I stayed with foreign friends like this, I would increase my level of English. I learned a lot about foreign cultures, and we became close friends."

"Seoulmate 3" is a program in which Koreans who live alone, welcome foreign travelers to their homes. They stay with them and build memories.

Meanwhile, tvN's "Seoulmate 3”, will air at 8:10 p.m. every Monday, starting with its first broadcast today.
