Hwasa is a member of Mamamoo and she also made her solo debut in 2019. I am not a professional makeup artist but I find her makeup looks really unique and sexy. Especially her over-lip red lipstick makeup with her smoky and sharp eye makeup. Usually, KPOP idols have fair skin but Hwasa has this golden-brown skin tone, which makes her stand out from others.
