Body
Part one:
Upper body push/pull-5 rounds
1-2 minutes between rounds
1.) Overhead press (plate, band, dumbbell) x10 reps
2.) Inverted row (straps, trx, tow ropes) x20 reps
3.) Push up (banded, weighted, regular) x10 reps
4.) Band pull aparts x20 reps
Part two:
Lower body hip and knee dominant-5 rounds, resting 15 seconds between each exercise
1.) Spanish squat or wall sit w/band around knees x45 seconds
2.) Ball hamstring curl (hip extension and knee flexion) x45 seconds
Cool down: 3-4 minutes 90/90 belly breathing!
