* Push Ups (If your experiences enough) If not then just do regular push ups: 2sets x 10/10reps
* Plank w/ BD Side Shoulder Raise: 3sets x 10reps
* Plank w/ DB Front-to-Back Shoulder raise: 3sets x 10reps
* Crunches w/ 5-10lb Plates: 3sets x 15-20reps
* Russian Twist: 3sets x 20 reps
