Even when something occurs and I can't keep up with my food schedule, I make everything I can so I don't miss any meals. I combined my pre workout meal and we had a great Push Day, Chest Shoulder and Triceps Workout.

I'm trying to stay as lean as possible on this bulk and push my body to the extreme.
