What do you do when you miss a scheduled training session ?? ?♀️
This week I wasn’t able to do both of my upper body sessions as it was my son’s birthday ? He turned 12 years old !! ?
Normally I would have 2 upper body workouts in the week but I had to condense it into a singular session this week! ?
I did this by selecting 2 primary movements and 2 other assistance movements from each workout ✅
It’s never ideal to fall out of routine but sometimes life happens ? So if you have to miss a session due to an event or illness .. don’t stress and let it ruin your entire week! ?♀️ Just make up for it where you can and start back fresh in the following week ? Most of the time you’ll come back stronger thanks to the extra recovery!! ?
Here was the full workout:
1. Bench Press 10,8,6,4
2. Dumbbell 1 Arm Row 4x6-8
3a. Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 10,8,6,4
3b. Lat Pulldown 4x6-8
4a. Overhead Tricep Extensions 4x8-10
4b. Dumbbell Bicep Curls 4x8-10
