#2020strong edition!

“You don’t have to go fast...you just have to go.”


That couldn’t be truer as we start the year. A lot of people make resolutions and go fast out of the gate. But the before the habit can be made. Poof they quit. Slow and steady wins the race.


I shared some personal goals last week so here are some of my professional ones. Working from a growth mindset I’ve learned that to grow and make change I have to get uncomfortable.

✔️tiktok
✔️podcast
✔️involvement with compliance
✔️maintain or increase production level
✔️add new partners. strong partners.

I just did my very first tiktok video yesterday. I mentally said I’m doing it. I’m posting. #nomatterwhat. It was VERY uncomfortable. It’s not great. My lip sync was off. ?

BUT it took me six months to muster up the courage to post my first video last January. I’ve been talking about a podcast since the summer. And tiktok? Every leader I admire and follow are using it. I sure don’t want to miss the bandwagon!

Am I going to go fast? Probably not. But steadiness and consistency will win the race! And from this I’ll continue to learn and to GROW!
