Most men don’t have an issue with finding the right routine. The best workouts, the best nutritional guidelines.. they’re out there.

What men have an issue with is actually sticking to it. Men are very motivated initially, but as soon as something comes up (be it, a life situation, or sheer laziness) they fall of the train of momentum.

It’s really important that you find a train that’s reliable, one that you can stick on. This train doesn’t run off of steam, it runs off of discipline.

The more you can harness discipline, the longer and more effectively your train will run.

Developing discipline builds discipline in all walks. Which is why I eat a diet void of sugar and processed foods. This discipline adds on to my ability to hit my calories every day.

Developing this muscle, building this prefrontal cortex muscle, will allow you to lean bulk and build piles of muscle mass. It will allow you to lean down to low levels of bodyfat. It is your most reliable and trust worthy band of brothers, your buddy you’re going to war with.

I’m about 3.5 months into my cut. In this time, I’ve gone from 16% bodyfat to around 10% bodyfat. I’ve also gone from 156 lbs to about 158-159 lbs. so I’ve gained about 2-3 pounds of muscle and lost about 12-14 lbs of bodyfat.

One thing that I did before I started this cut was make a conscious decision that I was going to hit the calories I gave latex out for me. I wrote them down. In my iPhone notes app, I had the waist I wanted to be at (a good bodyfat measurement), the weight, and the calories I was going to eat.

You can do this as well. If you can find the right information on how to cut (or learn how I did it), and then craft a blueprint like a master craftsmen, you are well on your way.

This requires discipline, discipline is a muscle you strengthen, and when done correctly - yields results.
