Our workouts replicate a 12 round championship boxing match.
There are 12 rounds, each one is 3 minutes, with a 30 second break.
You can start your workout on any round from 1 to 12, and there can be up to 2 people on any round.
We use a Traffic Light System with a buzzer to indicate when a new round starts:
✅ GREEN LIGHT - A new round starts
⚠️ AMBER LIGHT - 30 seconds to go
? RED LIGHT - REST for 30 seconds
In between rounds, take a drink of water, move to the next round and get ready to start your next exercise on the GREEN light.
This structure means that once you arrive at UBX, you can start your workout in under 3.5 minutes!
