Feeling lonely, isolated, anxious and missing hugs while we shelter in place and social distance? This is what I did when I met my Goddaughter recently and a little technique I know that will release that dopamine - love chemical into your body, naturally and it's free.

When we do not feel love we often replace it with habits that can be unhealthy for us like eating and drinking. With these methods you don't need to rely on someone else, you won't gain an ounce and you will feel so loved.

I mention Gina Awad BEM in this video. Gina is the Founder & Lead at Exeter Dementia Action Allliance and is currently running a series at Phonic FM. Interviewing people in the community during the Covid19 pandemic. Gina interviewed me yesterday and I shared a few takeaways to help people who are finding changes in their life difficult. I hope the series will be released next week.
