Body
1. ALIGNMENT - Make sure that not only the ball is lined up to your target (with a line or some kind of mark) but your club and body are set up parallel to where you intend to start the ball as well. Poor body alignment can lead to bad club path (which can lead to bad) club face direction during the putting stroke.
2. CLUB FACE - About 99% of where the golf ball starts is dictated by the club face's direction at impact. An attachment to the shaft or hosel of your putter can be a great visual to help you see where your club face is pointing at any time during the stroke.
3. FOCUS - You only have space for one thought at a time, so make it a positive one. Keep your attention on the outcome that you want to see. Your brain filters out and negative words like "don't" or "not," so feed yourself affirmative thoughts only. See the ball rolling into the hole, say "I've got this" or similar mantras so you get the result you desire.
