Monsta X 'YOU CAN'T HOLD MY HEART' MV Reaction

FYI - I realised I reacted only to 1/4 trailers, I didn't even realise there was 4 parts PLEASE IGNORE ME!

Hey guys! Today I'm reacting to Monsta X new music video to 'YOU CAN'T HOLD MY HEART' - a track from their recent english-speaking album 'All About Luv' released in February this year.

Let me tell you this group and video slayed my life! I love the retro sounds and the aesthetics of this video, it really showcases their vocals individually. I feel the lyrics/message of 'you can't hold my heart' was translated well with the visuals of the members sitting on each other/ wearing colour block outfits or when they were walking on the ceiling. I suggested these parallels and contrasts alluded to someone being stuck between their head and heart when making a decision in regards to staying in a relationship that has run its course - but thats just my interpretation! The bass/guitar in this song reminded me/ had similar vibes to Paramore's album 'After Laughter' - it makes me feel both happy and sad in a sense its nostalgic at the same time.

This is definitely a really nice introduction to the band and it made me want to go and listen to their album. Have you heard any songs from 'All About Luv'?
