Heylo~ Leon here back with another vocal cover!!! So I finally figured out why I was having a hard time with making vocal covers lately XD My dumb self did not check the self-monitor and turns out it was all the way off and not only that!!! The earphones I used were distorting the sound and pitch of the instrumentals (Honestly should've took a hint because I knew they were breaking but I still kept on recording with them) I found out this morning... I played my recording to myself and I was singing in a different key that's jot the same as the instrumental ? Anyways~ more to come because I actually was working on two covers simultaneously. I've been focusing too much on dance lately so this was quite an escape for a while.

EXPLANATION OF THE PROCESS:
This song is VERY special to me and it's one of those that whenever I revisit~ it always makes me tear up or cry because it honestly just reminds me how much I've come so far in making covers and also how I've improved in different aspects :') When I was singing this song halfway through I realized how much ease I had for these notes that I usually would strugfle to belt. It doesn't even sound like belting anymore but more like just hitting them (which is good, because that probably means I'm improving in my highe registers as I've been improving my falsetto and head voice. My falsetto was so untouched until I started working on it again last week) XD I would explain more about the difference about my cover and the original but I wanted to say something instead~ First of all, thank you from the VERY bottom of my heart. The amount of chances and the time that you guys gave my covers is honestly more than I can ask for :3 But I also wanted to remind that the time you give to other people shouldn't make you forget that you need time for yourself. A lot of stuff happened, yes. Although it's been a chaotic year I want to remind people that this should be time when you should work on appreciating yourselves. If you don't, then you should work on it because sir/ma'am yourself is worth your own time ^_^ If you're lost then take the chance take the message of this song. "It's natural to be lost like a clumsy child" meaning you shouldn't beat yourself up for not figuring everything out yet and also take your time and do it step by step also "It’s alright to take a rest, no rush" :) I feel like a lot of people including me had a temporary loss of purpose at times but haha~ I've been getting up again and I'm glad even amidts through the hard time I was still doing what I was passionate about ^_^ Let's just try to get back up on our feet again :')
