【member's number (会員番号)】
you must have got member's number through e-mail. or if you have physical member's card already, the card has the number as well.

【password (パスワード)】
the password has been set by your self when you joined the FC.
if you forget it, click the link 'パスワードをお忘れですか？' and set new password again.

Q.should I get only 1 ticket, or is it better to apply 3 so the chance is bigger?
A.the chance won't be bigger when you apply 3 of them or just 1. apply for the number you want.
