Seventeen (Korean: 세븐틴; stylized as SEVENTEEN, or abbreviated as SVT) is a 13-member South Korean boy band formed by Pledis Entertainment. The group debuted on May 26, 2015. The group consists of 13 members divided into three subgroups, each with a different area of expertise: Hip-Hop Team (S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon) , Vocal Team (Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan) and Performance Team (Hoshi, Jun, The8, Dino).
