So for newer Kpop fans this might make no sence, but for older Kpop fans like me, this will feel nostalgic! Star Cards were a colectionable thing that came in blind packs (like Pokemon trading cards usually come) and only a very few groups had them like Girls Generation, T-ARA, Super Junior and INFINITE, and this was before photocards existed.
